We are happy to announce that two of our team members have completed the AuditXP/IncidentXP Train the Trainer program conducted by CGE Risk.
For AuditXP, we learnt the advantages of CGE Risk-based auditing, both from a risk-based and compliance-based perspective. We know how to create questions, surveys, and reports and master all AuditXP functionalities with integrated exercises.
For IncidentXP, we learnt the advantages of barrier-based incident analysis through BFA (Barrier Failure Analysis) and the linking with bowties. We obtained some basic knowledge of Tripod Beta, BSCAT and RCA. With this knowledge, we can apply the BFA method to an incident and use IncidentXP to steer the investigation and build the analysis diagram.
Coupled with our experience in numerous BowTie studies, we look forward to helping clients in their process safety management, audit, and incident investigation journey.
