Keith originally worked on North Sea projects both in London and Oslo before migrating to Asia where he is currently a Director of SynergenOG having served as Division Head at WorleyParsons Sdn Bhd where he managed a team of 80.

He has both consultancy and engineering experience, having acted as a Lead Safety Engineer on several key projects as part of the WorleyParsons Engineering Team. Previously he was the Risk & Safety Head at ERM Malaysia helping provide consultancy services to industry in the region both through Formal Safety Assessment studies as well as Safety Reviews (HAZOP/HAZID/ SIL/ ENVID /Project Risk).

Puvan Balasubramaniam

Puvan Balasubramaniam has more than 20 years of experiences in Process Safety and Technical Risk Management, in both the North Sea and Asia Pacific regions. He has diverse experience in the offshore industry, both in consultancy and production operations covering:

Puvan co-founded SynergenOG to better serve the energy industry in the Asia Pacific region, following his return to Asia having worked in the UK North Sea sector for 11 years. Previously he was Process Safety Lead for Premier Oil UK dealing with on-going production operations, and new developments primarily during Concept development and FEED.
