What scenarios should be assessed?

The scenario set should be driven by the facility hazard assessment and can include jet and pool fires, explosions, blowouts, toxic or asphyxiant releases, non-process fires, structural damage, flooding or loss of stability, ship or aircraft impact, extreme weather, loss of utilities and combined events.
