How do I make a site specific safety plan?

OSHA recommends that each written plan include the following basic elements:

1. Policy or goals statement
2. List of responsible persons
3. Hazard identification
4. Hazard controls and safe practices
5. Emergency and accident response
6. Employee training and communication
7. Recordkeeping
