We had a very good working relationship with SynergenOG over the course of the project and they have shown great endeavour and flexibility in meeting the requirements of the workscope. Overall, we are satisfied with the technical support provided by SynergenOG for HAZID facilitation. Although our first choice facilitator was unavailable for HAZID, the replacement facilitator carried out and completed the HAZID satisfactorily. The Scribe worked well with the facilitator and the most of the team and this allowed for smooth progress and timely completion of HAZID.

HAZOP was held in Bangkok and facilitated by Synergen team. It went very well and managed to identify many areas for improvement. Thanks for Synergen Team including the scribe who has summarised all discussion in detail and suggest all point which we missed. I really appreciate effort to connect all the discussion process into a good summary outcome. Again, thank you so much for all help. I greatly appreciate the assistance provided us to us.
